There will be parliamentary elections very soon, PM Mickoski said on Thursday, responding to a journalist’s question during a visit to Kisela Voda.
Asked to clarify whether he meant early parliamentary elections in 2027 or regular ones in 2028, he again did not give a specific answer, saying that his party, VMRO-DPMNE, was ready for elections whenever the opposition demanded that.
Regarding the cabinet reshuffle process, the PM said he would begin talks with coalition partners starting the following week. In the capacity of VMRO-DPMNE leader, Mickoski said the restructuring at the level of municipal committees and party structures had finished.
