On Wednesday, regarding the Centar construction site landslide case, Abdulvehap Huseini, one of the owners of Tetovo-based Pro Building, asked by Telma to comment on the matter, declined to do so, saying he was observing a holiday. He also declined to comment on question about the multiple criminal charges filed against him, in his capacity as a sector head at the Center for Social Works in Tetovo.
He manages the Rights Sector and was reported for unscrupulous operation within the service. He reached a plea bargain with the Prosecutor’s Office and returned 18,000 denars to the state.
An employee at the Center also reported him for mobbing, but a first-instance court ruled in Huseini’s favor. The case is now before the Appellate Court. Two brothers, Tripun and Vancho Krstevski, are co-owners of Pro Building. Vancho, too, declined to answer Telma’s questions.
