On Monday, when asked about Bulgaria’s blockade of the Action Plan on Minorities, PM Mickoski stated that he assumed “it is a policy that has lasted for decades” that previous political elites domestically had failed to recognize, which had created massive problems that the Government was now solving one by one.
However, he added that the Government would fight. Regarding SDSM’s Congress, Mickoski said he regretted that the party continued to be the soft tissue of national identity. The ruling party, too, continued its criticism of SDSM over the Bulgaria issue.
On the other hand, SDSM, reiterated its accusations against VMRO-DPMNE and the ruling structure over matters related to the EU path, judiciary, and economy.
